Your holiday contract with the exception of transport is with Wasteland. Wasteland is a fully bonded member of ABTA which means that you are afforded protection over the payment that you have made to Wasteland for your holiday. Chalet Travel is a trading name owned and run by Sportura Holdings BV in the Netherlands. Wasteland are the sole UK agent for Chalet Travel.

Wasteland trades under the names "Wasteland" and "ETC".

The Terms and Conditions set out in sections on the website together with the contents of the Booking Form and the e-mail confirmation that you receive from Wasteland / Chalet Travel accepting your booking comprise your agreement ("the Contract") with Wasteland. By completing the Booking Form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted all of these conditions and guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept all of these conditions on behalf of your party.

The Contract will exist as soon as you receive an email from Wasteland / Chalet Travel confirming receipt of your Deposit.
